PARALLEL UNIVERSE is a collaboration between a Detroit artist and a Tokyo artist. Photographs of Detroit scenes are matched to photographs of Tokyo scenes. Nearly one-D metallic "robots" from Cruger are populating Detroit, while similarly planar paper skeletons crowd Tokyo. This was a very nice find in my dentist's waiting room. Maybe Cruger and I have the same dentist? No Photoshop was used-just trick photography, like forced perspective, etc.
